A little about myself:

Hi! My name is Jillian Welch. I launched The Chic Boutique in 2021, after designing different apparel and accessories during quarantine. For myself, and I am sure many others out there, the pandemic took a toll on me financially. I needed to find a way to generate an income, and fashion has always had a special place in my heart.
I wanted to create pieces that were trendy and fun. 

I want women to be able to stand out when they wear my clothes and also feel confident. I am so blessed to be able to share my designs with you all and I hope you love them!
